A night to remember!

There’s nothing better than good friends, a great steak, and meaningful conversation about the industry we love. 🥩

Last fall at the Texas Coastal CattleWomen’s annual fundraiser at Lakeside Country Club, an unforgettable experience was won at the silent auction—and this week, it came to life in the best way ⭐️ A special thank you to Patti Kroll, whose winning bid brought together 20 friends to enjoy not only an exceptional meal, but an authentic connection to the story of beef!

🥩 A huge thank you to Perini Ranch Steakhouse for going above and beyond—generously donating 20 beautifully marbled New York Strip steaks along with their signature rub, creating a true steakhouse experience right here on the ranch.

📪 We’re also incredibly grateful to the Stanton family—especially past president Sassy Stanton—for hosting at The Post Office Farm in Navasota, Texas. Your hospitality made the evening unforgettable.

🍽️ And what a menu it was—Chef Randy Chao and his catering team set the tone with standout appetizers including bacon-wrapped dates, fried coconut shrimp, a classic blue cheese wedge salad, and Pom fresh potatoes finished with a rich red wine reduction. The evening was perfectly paired with Austin Hope Cabernet, served alongside those incredible steaks.

Guests also heard from two outstanding voices in the industry:

Tom Patterson, President of the New Mexico Cattle Growers’ Association

Dr. Clay Mathis, head of the Department of Animal Science at Texas A&M University

Their perspectives highlighted the stewardship, science, and dedication behind every cut of beef.

📣 This is what it’s all about—bringing people together around the table to celebrate beef, community, and the families who make it all possible. 👏

Thank you to everyone who supports the Texas Coastal CattleWomen and helps us continue telling agriculture’s story!
